Making Mental Health Accessible, Affordable, and Available from Birth
Born from personal struggle, built for universal healing
Millennial Sensei was born when I hit rock bottom - not just once, but multiple times. After being diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety three years ago, I realized something crucial: I wasn't alone in this struggle.
The corporate world had taken its toll, toxic work environments had pushed me to my limits, and I found myself in a mental health crisis that millions of people face daily. But here's what shocked me most - the solutions available were either inaccessible, unaffordable, or simply inadequate.
After three years of therapy and currently pursuing my diploma in clinical psychology, I discovered my calling: to make mental health support available to everyone from the moment we're capable of perceiving our environment.
Growing up, I always wanted to help people but never knew how. It took three decades to realize that my personal struggles were preparing me for this exact mission.
